Damaged Shipments
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect the packaging for damage, as royalfashionsllc.com makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, we strongly recommend that you keep the original shipping carton and take the following steps if there appears to be shipping damage.
- Promptly contact the shipping company make a damage report and ask for a Damage Inspection and make sure you get a Damage Inspection report.
- Request that the shipping company return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.
- Please don’t return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit.
